NAPA ‘playbook’ outlines 6 strategies to improve federal recruitment, retention

Agencies have six strategies for making healthier workplaces. The National Academy of Public Administration says, for instance, you could offer more career growth opportunities or modernize recruitment, maybe not ground breaking ideas. But the Academy says their strategies are helpful to align with changes in the federal workforce over the last couple of years.
