JR is a Doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at Shenandoah University. He also holds a Masters in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University and a BA in Sociology from The University of the State of New York. He serves as Professional Faculty at Johns Hopkins University (Carey Business School) and guest lecturer on topics such as Innovation and Solutions Development at notable institutions including Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government), Northwestern (Kellogg School of Management) and University of South Carolina (Moore School of Business). He is a graduate of NSA National Cryptologic School; Advanced Korean Language Studies Program at Yonsei University (Seoul, Korea); Graduate School of Banking Technology & Operations (Vanderbilt University); Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives (Harvard Law School); and New Market Growth Innovation Workshop (Harvard Business School).
