Audio released of Reagan assassination attempt

Thirty years after the assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan, the Secret Service released audio from that day.

Thirty years after the assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan, the Secret Service released today an audio recording of the radio communications between Secret Service agents on March 30, 1981.

The Secret Service also released today the internal interviews about the event.

The release of information is in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
