Sleeping on the job at the Census Bureau is not acceptable. A memo from the Acting Chief Human Resources Director, Ted Johnson, makes that pretty clear. The Washington Post reports Johnson’s email came after complaints about employees sleeping in public areas on the Census campus in Suitland, Md.
