The Ambit Group’s Kimberley Hayes on agency, contractor cooperation

Getting a better end result on your agency’s programs is more likely with a restructured leadership for the project. Kimberley Hayes, is the president and cofounder of the Ambit Group, a management consultancy.

Hayes joined Francis Rose for an interview on Industry Chatter to discuss the ways that agencies can bolster cooperation among vendors, the acquisition office and the program office.

Ms. Hayes frequently speaks on procurement and policy issues facing the Federal Small Business Community and on issues in the procurement community relative to the use of small businesses and the small business set-aside program. Ms. Hayes is a 2004 Graduate of the Industry Advisory Council Partner’s Program. She proudly served in the Military Intelligence Corps of the US Army and is a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran.
