The fourth play in the book suggests agencies use an agile incremental approach to develop new projects and software. Jordan Sims is director of organization relations and programs at the Project Management Institute. He tells In Depth with Francis Rose that project managers who use an agile approach are twice as likely to have success with new initiatives as those who don't.
