National Guard on Mexican border faces drug violence

Homeland Security Today editor David Silverberg has more.

More of our National Guard troops are about to head down to the southern Arizona and California borders. While drug trade violence in Mexico is apparently only getting worse

Several people were killed by a car bomb last week, and seventeen people were killed by gunman at a restaurant early yesterday.

David Silverberg is editor of Homeland Security Today and tells us many of these incidents of violence seem to be cases of mistaken identity.
