Death of omnibus ‘unusual’

POLITICO reporter Shira Toeplitz explains why the last-minute pull-out of the omnibus bill is so odd.

Federal News Radio has been on budget watch all week as lawmakers on Capitol Hill work to fund the work that you do.

Politico reporter Shira Toeplitz told the DorobekINSIDER why the move to pull out the omnibus was so usual.
