TSA is also giving agencies the flexibility to take a "phased approach" to REAL ID enforcement given the slow progress on transitioning to compliant IDs.
A Partnership for Public Service study finds agencies with higher employee engagement scores also saw higher internal customer service satisfaction scores.
In the first three weeks of October, USPS delivered 97.8% of mail-in ballots on time within its one-to-five-day standard for first-class delivery.
"Some of these materials that currently have kind of weaker security requirements really could harm the public if they were misused," said Allison Bawden.
Four Republican senators are pressing SBA about its management of the disaster assistance loan program after the agency requested more disaster loan funding.
Department officials are building on these fraud-prevention efforts, and expect to prevent $12 billion in improper payments annually by 2029.
"I think the two biggest cases, one of which was a case that we filed, were both for $9 million," said Jason Marcus.

USPS expects to make 7,500 temporary hires for its busy year-end peak season.
