Ever since Interpol, western governments have been cooperating on crime. In recent years cyber crime has risen sharply. It also calls for the good-guy nations to cooperate. For some overseas perspective, Federal Drive with Tom Temin turned to the former director of the U.K.’s National Cyber Security Centre, now a professor at Oxford, Ciaran Martin.
