A crackdown on companies that hire illegal immigrants could be revived over the coming weeks. The Bush Administration is trying to get its No Match initiative up and running. If the program gets the go-ahead from the courts, the government could begin mailing letters to companies it expects have hired illegal workers. Once notified, the companies would have 90 days to resolve the issues with suspect Social Security numbers.
