Northrop & Raytheon make two for OPTARSS-II

Both Raytheon and Northrop claim part of an Army Forces Command contract to support military operational and training needs.

Northrop Grumman and Raytheon have landed an Army contract worth up to $2.5 billion. Both Northrop Grumman and Raytheon have issued press releases saying that each contractor was selected for the Operations, Planning, Training and Resources Support contract, known as OPTARSS-II. Under the five-year contract, task orders will be issued for services that address operational planning; training; modeling and simulation; flight operations; mobilization plans and execution; deployment operations; force protection and transformation.
