Lockheed Martin will now provide cybersecurity support to the Defense Department’s Cyber Crime Center (DC3).
The ceiling value on the contract is $454 million.
Most of the work will be located in Linthicum, Md., at at DC3 headquarters.
The Defense Department, because of its size, is a target for cyber criminals across the board including terrorists, spies and identity thieves.
