Every federal agency has its own management challenges, but the Small Business Administration has a lot of long-standing ones. And it still hasn't resolved most of them. That's according to the Government Accountability Office. Bill Shear is the director of financial markets and community investment issues at GAO and joins the Federal Drive with Tom Temin with more on the latest audit.
