Lou Crenshaw: Panel offers review of Maritime Administration

The Maritime Administration might be a relatively unknown piece of the Transportation Department, but it has a lot to do with the country’s shipping prowess. The National Academy of Public Administration has just completed a review of MARAD and has several recommendations for improving management, including the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Retired Navy Vice Adm. Lou Crenshaw, chairman of NAPA’s Maritime Administration review panel, shares the details on Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
