Now, it’s learning how to re-skill its human resources office, while many other agencies are realizing they need to. Towanda Brooks is HUD’s chief human capital officer. She’s also winner of a 2017 Presidential Meritorious Rank Award. She tells Federal News Radio’s Nicole Ogrysko on Federal Drive with Tom Temin about her government career and how it’s led her drive big changes in HUD’s HR shop.
