The Trump administration has been pulling at the Gordian knot of federal employment. That is, what is the right pay for federal jobs? The Federal Salary Council has agreed to review the way it arrives at recommendations for raises, locality pay and that ageless question of federal versus private sector pay. Bob Tobias advised caution.
