Today’s U.S. Coast Guard is not your father’s service, much less you’re grandfather’s. No one knows that better than retired Commandant, Adm. Paul Zukunft. His change-of-command ceremony took place Friday, marking his retirement. In a wide-ranging interview on  Federal Drive with Tom Temin, Zukunft described some Coast Guard assets that people are not always aware of, particularly assets that fly.
