Early on, the Trump administration directed federal agencies to eliminate two outdated regulation for every new one they proposed. The free-market-oriented American Action Forum has been keeping score. It found agencies are going further than two-to-one. Dan Bosch, the forum’s director of regulatory policy, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to talk more about the statistics.
