The Rural Development Innovation Center is a new initiative designed, in the Agriculture Department’s own words, to streamline, modernize and strengthen the delivery of Rural Development programs. Now there’s a website to bring it all together. Anne Hazlett, assistant to the secretary for rural development at the USDA, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin for more.
