Americans are nothing if not mobile. Over last week’s Fourth of July holiday and next on Labor Day, tens of millions take to the roads, skies, tracks and waterways. Employees in organizations such as the State Department and the Transportation Security Administration work to expedite safe travel, but they also depend on customer, or traveler feedback. Mallory Barg Bulman, vice president for research and evaluation at the Partnership for Public Service, spoke more on the subject on Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
