The practice, mission and technology of nursing have changed a great deal over the last couple of decades. One reason is the work of the National Institute of Nursing Research, part of the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Patricia Grady, the NINR director, retires today after 23 years on the job. TO reflect, she joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
