From depletion of clerical ranks to the need to rev up customer service, federal agencies have a lot of incentives to bring on artificial intelligence. For a snapshot of where that effort stands at the moment, Claude Yusti, a partner in the Public Sector Watson Artificial Intelligence and Data Platform at IBM Global Business Services, spoke with Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
