IRS, Labor Dept. not cooperating closely enough on retirement anomalies

When it comes to overseeing weird variations of retirement accounts, the IRS and Labor Department don’t cooperate as closely as they should. That’s the finding of the Government Accountability Office when it looked at prohibited transactions for Individual Retirement Accounts.
