Frank Konieczny, a Senior Level executive, is the Chief Technology Officer, Office of Information Dominance and Chief Information Officer, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He has primary responsibility to advance the technology landscape of the Air Force.  His current focus areas include the developing the technical target baseline, mobile enterprise solutions, data management, IdAM access/claims management, cyber and technology innovation pathfinders and advancing the Joint Information Environment.

 

Jennifer KronJennifer Kron, Deputy Chief Information Officer, Intelligence Community

Ms. Jennifer Kron was selected by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to serve as the Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Intelligence Community (IC) in November 2015.

A “plankholder” in ODNI, she joined IC CIO after six years in the Deputy DNI for Intelligence Integration, most recently as Director of the Mission Integration Division (MID). In this role, she advanced the state of intelligence integration by leading enterprise governance to improve the functions of analysis and collection; manage intelligence priorities; expand capability and capacity to conduct assessments; and ensure the voice of mission drives information technology and IC resource decisions.
Christine CalvosaChristine Calvosa, Deputy Chief Information Officer of Resiliency, Federal Communications Commission

Christine Calvosa is the Deputy CIO for Digital Design, Information Resiliency and Strategic Communications at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). She joined FCC in December 2015. She is responsible for the front and back-end design, development and delivery of the FCC’s internet and intranet websites; technical development and delivery of geospatial information systems for both public services as well as internal FCC geospatial capabilities; and protecting the FCC IT infrastructure to ensure resiliency, including the sustainment of the FCC Information Security Program which includes a baseline of policies, standards, and guidelines relating to the management, operational, and technical controls necessary for FCC information system infrastructure and operations.

Mr. Mark Goodge is a recognized IT professional with more than 22 years of experience leading technology operations and initiatives across large-scale, complex organizations. As Chief of the Defense Health Agency’s Health IT Innovation and Advanced Technology Development Division, Goodge is responsible for coordinating the research and diffusion of joint, innovative health IT capabilities, tools, and solution sets across the enterprise. Additionally, as Chief Technology Officer, Goodge is focused on defining overall technical strategies and managing the creation of a technical architecture that is aligned with business priorities. Goodge’s resume lists previous C-level positions within military health, including as CTO and director of deployment services for the MHS’ infrastructure office, CIO for the Bethesda National Naval Dental Center, and CTO for the National Naval Medical Center Bethesda. Goodge also served ten years as a Navy Hospital Corpsman.

Richard McKinney is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). He was sworn into office on May 13, 2013.

Richard served most recently as a Senior Fellow for the Center for Digital Government. From 2005 to 2011, he was the Government Technology Advisor for Microsoft’s State and Local Government division.

Ms. Sally Holcomb is the Deputy Chief Information Officer, National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS).

Ms. Holcomb joined NSA in February 1987.  For the next 18 years, she worked as a language analyst, special agent, and corporate staff officer, eventually joining the Senior Executive ranks in 2005.  Since then, Ms. Holcomb has served as the deputy director of the Signals Intelligence Directorate, NSA/CSS Hawaii (2yrs); the NSA/CSS Representative to US Transportation Command, Scott AFB, Illinois (3 yrs); the NSA/CSS Representative to US Forces and the US Mission in Iraq (1 yr); and was dual-hatted as the NSA/CSS Chief Information Security Officer (3.5 yrs) and Associate Director of Technology for Information Security (3 yrs).

 

Judson Walker, Systems Engineering Director, BrocadeJudson Walker

Systems Engineering Director of Brocade’s Federal Intelligence Community portfolio, Judson Walker, Jr. is responsible for the management of day to day technical initiatives focused on SP, Enterprise and Data Center network design deployment and providing technical converge throughout the entire sales cycle.  His primary technical focus is on Software Defined Networking and the application of these technologies within the Federal workspace.
