Meet a few groups that support federal employees

November 7, 2014 — Federal employees give back to their community everyday through their jobs.

Listen to this “FEDtalk” to hear from groups that support federal employees and the work they do.

Robyn Kehoe, director of Communications and Development for FEEA, informs listeners about the Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund, one of the great causes feds can donate to for Combined Federal Campaign. She also discusses the Combined Federal Campaign in general and changes that are coming to the campaign.

Joan Melanson from Long Term Care Partners, LLC also joins the show. LTCP has been a longtime supporter of federal employees, and FEEA in particular. In addition to informing listeners of LTCP’s support of FEEA, Melanson discusses the importance of long term care insurance.

Additionally, Rynthia Rost, vice president of Public Affairs for GEICO, discusses why GEICO supports federal employees and what products GEICO offers that are of benefit for federal employees.
