Manna from a museum

The people who run Manna, the signature restaurant at D.C.'s new Museum of the Bible, bring in a sample of the namesake biblical food.

Hosted by David and Nycci Nellis.

The name of the signature restaurant in D.C.’s new Museum of the Bible is Manna. The folks behind it and behind Milk and Honey, the museum’s café, are well known to Washington’s fans of dining out: Rammy award-winning chef Todd Gray and his business partner and wife Ellen Kassoff Gray, whose restaurant, Equinox, has been a celebrated cornerstone of downtown dining for years. Also in: Walter Silva, Manna’s chef de cuisine; Brandi Edinger, Manna’s pastry chef; and Susan Masten, the museum’s curator of antiquities.
