September 13, 2011 — Al Burman, president of Jefferson Solutions, and chairman of the Procurement Round Table, joins host Roger Waldron to discuss procurement post 9/11.
Burman will explain how our federal procurement system has changed significantly over the last decade and where we are likely headed.
He also provides his insight regarding the Office of Management and Budget’s new policy guidance for agencies on inherently governmental functions.
Burman will tell us if the new guidance radically changes the procurement landscape, or if it is a sound, moderate approach to clarifying past policies.
