Q&A with GSA’s Mary Davie
This week on “Off the Shelf”, GSA’s Mary Davie, Assistant Commissioner of the Integrated Technology Service (ITS), Federal Acquisition Service, updates listeners regarding ITS’s government-wide contract vehicles.
With the recent launching of OMB’s Category Management Initiative, Davie provides an overview of ITS’s role in supporting the IT category manager Kim Luke with a strategic lynchpin of this effort being the Acquisition Gateway.
She also provides the latest information on “Making it Easier” (MIE) to do business with the government, one of administrator Denise Turner-Roth’s key initiatives for the GSA Schedules program. In addition, Davie provides a cross-cutting update on ITS’s portfolio of GWACs.
