This week on “Off the Shelf”, Jonathan Aronie, partner at Sheppard Mullin, shares his insights, observations and predictions regarding GSA’s Transactional Data Reporting rule. The rule marks in the biggest change in the GSA schedules program in over a generation. 

Aronie provides his perspective on the changes to the Price Reduction Clause and Commercial Sales Practices format and what it means for contractors.  He also shares this thoughts regarding the role of transactional data in price negotiations and what it means for the government and contractors.  The risk of a price spiral downward has never been greater with TDR.
