This week on “Off the Shelf”, Jonathan Etherton, president of Etherton and Associates, Inc., provides an update on the acquisition provisions in the pending National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
Etherton shares his insights regarding proposed legislation, including current legislative status, potential impact of key acquisition provisions, and the prospects for passage.
He also provides an update on implementation of last year’s NDAA, including the Section 809 Acquisition Advisory Panel charged with reviewing DOD acquisition policies and procedures and making recommendations for reform/improvements.
