The Federal News Network Community Spotlight is 

The Jewish Coalition Against Domestic Abuse, better known as JCADA, serves all victims and survivors of power-based violence, as well as their friends and families, who are 14 years of age and older currently living in the Greater Washington area. This includes individuals experiencing domestic violence, dating violence, elder abuse, gender-based violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and stalking. All of JCADA‘s services are free of charge and provided without regard to race, national origin, ability, background, faith, gender or sexual orientation.

JCADA’s mission is to SUPPORT victims of domestic abuse to become empowered and live safely; EDUCATE the community about domestic abuse and appropriate response; PREVENT future generations from suffering domestic abuse.
