OPM finding ways to better engage agency’s internal hybrid workforce

The Office of Personnel Management is ramping up work on IT modernization for both its main website and federal retirement services, but those aren’t the only changes coming from the agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer. Aside from the technological changes, OPM is looking at ways to improve employee retention and satisfaction for its internal workforce. A lot of that effort involves adjusting to a hybrid workplace, something that’s become a more permanent part of OPM’s office structure.
