Moving more TRICARE patients to civilian care would cause ‘significant harm,’ study finds

One way to cut the costs of military heath care would be to move more people to care provided by civilian organizations. But a Pentagon-funded study says, not-so-fast. And Congress is about to say not-so-fast on one of the ways the Pentagon buyers like to spend money.
