WASHINGTON (AP) — Nathan Cayo scored 20 points, Grant Golden had 19 points and 12 rebounds and Richmond beat High Point 74-59 on Saturday.
The Spiders (5-7) have won three of their last five games following a four-game losing streak and snapped a four-game skid on the road. High Point (6-6) broke a three-game winning streak.
Cayo was 7 of 8 from the floor and Golden was 5-of-8 shooting. Jacob Gilyard chipped in with 18 points for Richmond, which shot 50 percent from the field and made 24 of 28 (86 percent) of its free throws.
Jahaad Proctor scored 23 points to lead High Point.
