PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Jared Bynum scored 21 points as Providence beat Northeastern 89-65 on Saturday night.

The game was close heading into the half, as Providence held a two-point lead, 38-36. Moore paced his team in scoring through the first half with nine points.
