2010 Census faces, fixes IT setbacks

Census workers are continuing to knock on doors across the country as the latest phase of the 2010 Census continues.

Census officials here in Washington say the count of the nation’s population is proceeding on schedule and under budget.

But that doesn’t mean that its been all smooth sailing.
