The 411 on Gov 2.0 challenges

Change is hard, and particularly around gov 2.0.

Change is difficult. We all know that. And these gov 2.0 tools can bring about a lot of change, and do it quickly.

But there are a lot of hurdles and a lot of different types of people who may be looking to block change, and not just for government 2.0.

Steve Radick is a lead associate at Booz, Allen and Hamilton. He has written about the Gov 2.0 villains out there. We heard from him earlier this week, and here is more from that interview.
