“I think that there’s always going to be someone who’s defensive within a client about the job. I don’t think that will ever go away, it’s just human nature that some people are and some people aren’t. But I think the majority of people, once you get it implemented, especially within a workforce, it’s about supporting them. There’s always going to be some people who fear that, but the reality is, I think there’s going to be new and different and more exciting jobs that evolve from this.”
