‘Inherently Governmental’ still too fuzzy say contractors

Contractors are concerned that the new definition of what jobs are inherently governmental could result in widespread and mandated insourcing. Alan Chvotkin is the Executive Vice President and Counsel at the Professional Services Council. He joined us to explain why his group, in conjunction with the Council of Defense and Space Industry Associations, submitted comments on the proposed changes to the definition of inherently governmental.
