Best practices and lessons learned aren’t worth much if they’re not shared and applied.

The Administrative Conference of the United States, an independent federal agency that promotes improvements to the administrative process, is launching a project to help agencies become model agencies for the 21st century.

ACUS isn’t doing it alone — it’s looking looking for ideas and success stories from agencies.

Shawne McGibbon, the conference’s general counsel, joined the Federal Drive with Tom Temin and Amy Morris to explain the new initiative.
