The Defense Department plans to have 133 cyber mission teams at full operational capability by the end of 2018. Of those, 40 are in the Navy. But the Navy says achieving that milestone would take a team effort. It’s not just a mission for the 10th Fleet, its cyber command. On Federal Drive with Tom Temin, Vice Adm.
