Now the Pentagon has released its infrastructure vulnerability assessment based on a survey of observed damage throughout the DoD enterprise. John Conger, senior policy advisor to the Center for Climate and Security and former DoD comptroller, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to discuss the report.
