Organizations and the environments they operate in have changed in the last 20 years — that includes federal agencies. That’s why the National Academy of Public Administration developed what it calls a new, data-driven framework for health and performance of agencies. John Kamensky, chairman of NAPA’s panel on executive organization and management, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to talk more about the report he co-authored about this framework.
