How do you switch from being a museum curator to executive director of a support organization for the nation’s largest armed service? In Jim Bruns’ case, it was not such a big leap because he was already head of the Naval History and Heritage Commands’ Museums Operations Division. The Navy League’s national executive director spoke with Federal Drive with Tom Temin at the Sea Air Space conference April 9.
