Gregory Dawson: Tech improvements could save federal government $1T over next decade

My next guest said technology improvements and reform could save $1 trillion over 10 years. Gregory Dawson is an associate professor of accounting at Arizona State University. He is co-author of the latest study from the IBM Center for the Business of Government, and he told Federal Drive with Tom Temin how that is possible.
