It’s mostly contained but not before California’s Mendocino Complex Fire burned through nearly a half million acres. In all, the fires have burned an area greater than Rhode Island. For an update on the federal response, Shawna Lagarza, national director of Fire and Aviation Management at the Agriculture Department, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
