The troubled U.S. Census Bureau has a new challenge on its hands. It’s trying to recruit enough enumerators to get to difficult-to-count populations, and make sure the language in its outreach and promotion programs encourages such people to volunteer their information. Robert Goldenkoff, director of strategic issues at the Government Accountability Office, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin for more.
