VA’s monthly caregivers program lacks sufficient access

Veterans eligible for monthly caregivers sometimes have a hard time accessing the program. That’s because support coordinators at the Veterans Affairs Department took to long to determine eligibility. That’s according to the VA inspector general Michael Missal, who joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
