Only 12 days remain on the calendar for the outgoing 115th Congress, but a lot is left to do. Half the government is operating on a continuing resolution, which expires next week on Dec. 7. Loren Duggan, Bloomberg Government editorial director, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin for a look at what might be a fire drill of a session.
